Fruit was originally sold to other wineries but they started making their own wine in 2008, focussing on single vineyard and single varietal wines from indigenous varieties. The estate covers 25ha of which 18ha are currently in production, with vineyards planted on clay and sandy soils between 150 and 250m altitude. Old plantings of Trebbiano, Passerina and Montepulciano are planted to the old-fashioned pergola system.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eModern winemaking without additions is the theme here.
