Les Vins Pirouettes is a project started by Christian Binner. Working with a selection of organic and biodynamic growers their aim is to bring affordable ?natural? wines to the people!
Each cuvée is made at the young vigneron's winery that supplied the grapes and Christian lends a hand, offering advice and guidance. Each cuvée features the Pirouettes name and the grower's name.
All the grapes in this delicious blend are farmed biodynamically on South East facing Limestone and Loess soil. Fermentation is with wild yeasts and the wine is aged on the lees for 11 months in concrete, then a gentle racking into old wooden barrels to settle before bottling without filtering or sulphur.
