DELIVERY

We offer a delivery service in mainland UK.

All wines are stored in our warehouse in Tilbury ready for shipment. During the hot weather this summer we will use our trade delivery service for web orders. This means that your wine might be packed in a box from another wine or a thin cardboard box. We use this packaging because it is most sustainable and the wine is shipped straight from the warehouse to you.

Minimum order for free delivery:

• £150.00 Inc VAT (excluding north of Glasgow/Edinburgh corridor, English and Scottish Islands).
• North of Glasgow/Edinburgh corridor, English and Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland: If you process an order we will contact you with any adjustment on shipping required. Alternatively please email orders@unchartedwines.com and we can set a delivery for your order and return you a basket to complete by email.
• Cases can be mixed at no extra charge.

Delivery Charge (if under minimum order value):

• £10.00 Inc VAT.
• North of Glasgow/Edinburgh corridor, English and Scottish Islands: By Quotation.

Click and Collect:

• No minimum order, please select local pick up at checkout and allow two working days for the wine to arrive at our office.

RETURNS

If, for any reason, a wine you purchased from us fails to satisfy, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order.  We will refund immediately but not later than 14 days from the date of the return notification.  For the refund, we will use the same payment method that was used for the original order.

To be eligible for a return, remaining bottles must be unopened and in the same condition as received.
