Les Vins Pirouettes is a project started by Christian Binner. Working with a selection of organic and biodynamic growers their aim is to bring affordable 'natural' wines to the people!
Each cuvée is made at the young vigneron's winery that supplied the grapes and Christian lends a hand, offering advice and guidance. Each cuvée features the Pirouettes name and the grower's name.
70% of Pinot Noir grapes are destemmed and 30% whole grapes. After 3 week maceration, the wine is aged on the lees.
