Located in Enza Valley in the hills of Scandiano and Canossa where the soils are limestone, clay and gravel coming from the old river bed. Gianni Storchi is farming following Biodynamic practices and this is truly a world class red ancestral . A blend of Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Maestri, Ancellotta it is wonderful with Mortadella, Cured Ham and Pizza. We’ve been a fan of these wines for some time and we’re delighted to finally have an allocation. The appellation is Rosso Reggiano.
