Les Deux Moulins Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Les Deux Moulins are a wonderful project based in the Loire Vineyards.  They source fruit from around France, with the focus on producing delicious Sauvignon Blanc in a lean, Sancerre-inspired style.  Simple vilification at low temperatures in stainless steel retains terrific aromatics but not at the expense of some structure and body.  Remarkably good and inexpensive.

Vinified at very low temperatures in stainless steel, the focus of the winemaking is to add structure and body in the palate and to not over characterise the nose.
