Beaujolais Mixed Case 2025

Three Beaujolais growers that started UNCHARTED WINES that will all be in London to celebrate the Beaujolais 2025 arrival on November 20th 2025. The cases will be sent out for delivery from 20/11.
Quantity extremely limited.

Benchmark new wave Beaujolais Nouveau.
Whole cluster cold carbonic maceration for only a few days, to give it a lighter, almost dark rosé colour. Perfect for a Beaujolais breakfast. Low sulphur and unfiltered.

From a selection of small plots in Lantignié, (a village always mooted as the next cru) and now some recently added vineyards in Régnié-Durette.
This wine is always so vibrant and lifted, a beautiful, singular expression of Gamay on Granite.

Yann has only made this wine three times since his first vintage and it has only ever made it as far as Paris. This year we decided to change that and have driven back a small amount in the back of our car (all above board). This years wine is from organically-grown Gamay from the village of Beaujeu and Yann was prompted to produce it after losing all his own vineyards to a combination of mildew and hail. Carbonic maceration in fibreglass tank and then racked to barrel before bottling unfiltered on 12/11/25.
