Domaine Chapel Beaujolais Villages 2024 75cl

The 2024 is made of declassified wine from Chiroubles and Regnie.  Whole cluster cold carbonic maceration for only a few days, to give it a lighter colour.  Low sulphur and unfiltered. Vibrant and lifted, a beautiful, singular expression of Gamay on Granite. 

Domaine Chapel Fleurie Charbonnieres 2023 75cl

Sitting in an amphitheatre looking down on the back of La Madone, Fleurie Charbonnières is 1.2 hectares of vines amongst the acacia forest. The land has been farmed organically for over 20 years. Low extraction, with carbonic maceration, no pigeage - elegant.

Nicolas Chemarin P'tit Grobis Beaujolais Villages Rouge 2022 75cl

Nicolas farms his 8 hectares organically (although uncertified). The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo semi-carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts. Aged in fibreglass tank and bottled un-fined and unfiltered.

Chateau Grand Pre Fleurie Spaciale 2023 75cl

Spaciale is a long, slow carbonic maceration in a spherical 'Sputnik' tank. We think the texture of this wine is out of this world!

Domaine Saint Cyr Beaujolais La Galoche Rouge 2025 75cl

12 hectares, 25 year old vines on clay/limestone terroir. Cold carbonic fermentation for one week, 6 months in concrete tanks. Unfined and unfiltered.

Domaine Saint Cyr Chenas Les Journets 2023 75cl

Les Journets is an extension of the Blémonts parcel in Chénas. A juicy Beaujolais thanks to the full cold carbonic fermentation, it is matured for 8 months in used barrels and 2 months in tank.
